Initial Consultation Policy By booking a consultation with Nouriva, you acknowledge and agree to the following: I am not a licensed medical provider Nouriva offers wellness education, nutritional insight, and energetic support intended to complement your relationship with licensed healthcare professionals. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Educational use only All guidance provided is for educational and informational purposes. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of our consultation. You should always consult with your physician or licensed medical provider before making changes to your health plan, medications, or supplements. Energy work is a supportive tool Any energy work or somatic support offered is intended to assist with nervous system regulation and overall balance. These services are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or emergency care. Confidentiality and personal choice Your privacy is fully respected. You are always in control of what you choose to share during a session. You are encouraged to advocate for your own body, experience, and boundaries. Session format and no-show policy Each consultation is a 30-minute video call. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and wish to rebook, a $75 no-show fee must be paid before rescheduling. Liability release By proceeding with your consultation, you release Amanda Richardson and Nouriva from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from participation in these services.
