CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW POLICIES​
Standard Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Notice must be provided by email or text and received no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

You may reschedule your appointment one time within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment at no charge, provided the request is sent by email or text and confirmed by our office. This courtesy is offered to support unexpected circumstances and should be used thoughtfully.
​
Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the appointment time without rescheduling may be considered a late cancellation and may result in a $45 fee charged to the payment method on file.
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no show, and a $100 fee may be charged to the payment method on file.

Complimentary Appointments
For Initial Wellness Reviews and any other appointments offered at no cost, you may cancel or reschedule one time without penalty.

If a second cancellation or reschedule is required, a $45 non refundable deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
​
If you do not attend a complimentary appointment without notice, a $45 non refundable deposit will be required to schedule any future appointment.

We ask that you review your schedule carefully before booking and reserve last minute changes for true emergencies. These policies help ensure respect for your time, our time, and the availability of appointments for other clients.

We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. Information submitted through intake forms, client portals, emails, or website contact forms is securely stored and only accessed by Amanda Richardson or authorized members of the Nouriva team. We comply with all applicable privacy and confidentiality laws and best practices. You have the right to request access to your information or ask questions about how it is used at any time.

Nouriva offers services in the areas of functional wellness and energy healing. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and do not replace the care of licensed medical professionals. By participating in any service or session, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health decisions and outcomes.
